The purpose of this survey is to ask you as a Deaf or Deafblind BSL user

  1. if you know about contactSCOTLAND;
  2. for your views and experiences of using the services of contactSCOTLAND; and
  3. or your views if you know about the service but haven’t used it yet.

This forms part of a review of contactSCOTLAND being undertaken by Scottish Government with the Deaf Sector Partnership (DSP) – for more information about the DSP, click here.

contactSCOTLAND is an online video relay BSL interpretation service to enable Deaf/Deafblind BSL users to contact public services in Scotland.

We would appreciate it if you would take the time to fill in the questionnaire as this is important part of the research  that will support the procurement process and the development of contactSCOTLAND in the future.
